In 2011 the Warriors' Day Parade celebrated its 90th Anniversary. The parade has been a truly remarkable success since its founding in 1921. The unwavering commitment of the Canadian National Exhibition, hundreds of dedicated volunteers, the contingents and Veterans who participate each year are to be applauded

Ninety years is a very long time and special recognition of this milestone is worthy not only of celebration but also preservation of the history of the parade.

The Warriors' Day Parade Council is planning to publish a 90th Anniversary Commemorative Book which will include some of the history of the parade accompanied with many historical photos.

The book will include congatulatory messages from The Governor General, The Prime Minister, The Chief of Defense Staff and many others.

We invite you to support and participate in our 90th Anniversary project. The opportunity to do so is available in several ways.

• We are accepting personal donations to help support this important project. For a minimum donation of $25.00 you can remember a loved one on the memorial pages to be published in the book. Please see this letter from our 90th Anniversary Committee for details on how you can participate.
